Job Description

Accenture in the Philippines is currently hiring for Care Management Quality and Training Managers, we are looking for the best talents who have the following skills and qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Must be a PHRN. USRN preferred but not required
With at least 1 year of either Quality Assurance or Training work experience

As a Care Management Quality and Training Manager, you are expected to perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing a team of Medical Documentation Auditors and Trainers.
Drive team performance to meet/exceed service delivery targets, quality and compliance with Accenture and client policies.
