Job Description

Are you someone with:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience or With 1 year Customer Service Experience
- Confident in English writing and oral communication skills
- Completed 2 years in College
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
- Should score atleast 40 WPM with 90% accuracy Typing test
As an Customer Service Representative, you will be a frontline member of one of the world’s best brands. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
1. Providing customer satisfaction and experience
2. Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
3. Participating in training to improve work performance
4. Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential
