Job Description
You are responsible for reviewing OAuth access requests from the developers. The reviewer will either approve / deny / seek additional information from the developer based on the workflow guidelines. They will interact with developers using canned responses(CRs) (Custom CRs / Pre defined CRs) through internal tools. This Workflow demands a combination of fraud detection skills and high level of customer service orientation.
Job Description:

Address all open OAuth verification requests in the review tool by following the restricted and sensitive scopes workflow guidelines

Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in processing OAuth requests; reduce the risk of escalations from developers

Be agile and adaptable to frequent workflow changes, and stay up-to-date on evolving OAuth practices.

Communicate with developers using canned responses and also customize responses based on the need

Analyze app functionalities with a basic understanding of APIs and their specific functionalities; perform app testing on required cases

Review privacy policy for compliance with APIs and Services User Data Policy

Provide consistent developer support for meeting all compliance requirements and completing the verification process

Reviewers are expected to follow the workflow however are also expected to make decisive judgment based on the developer request and the information they see on internal tools

Perform fraud and abuse investigations using various data sources and tools. Identify product vulnerabilities and support workflow level experiments.

Communicate with Developers to help address issues of non-compliance and violations of terms of service

Work with internal stakeholders on gray area cases and provide timely responses to the developers

Study, recognize, and share findings on chances for operational improvement (particularly with regards to end-to-end workflow, developer feedback, repeated interactions, volume patterns, and so forth)

Establish regular reporting to keep stakeholders up to date on progress, findings and recommendations.

Experience in analyzing and interpreting large quantities of data.

Ability to work independently and complete projects on time.
