Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a frontline member of one of the world’s best brands. Your daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing customer satisfaction and experience
- Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Participating in training to improve work performance
- Following TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential
