Job Description


  • Initial screening and review prior to medical necessity review. 
  • Prepare cases for USRNs for a 2nd level review and renders administrative decision if clinical review is not needed based on the review guidelines and member benefits. 
  • Responsible for informing providers via phone (if required) and/or mail of the decision of the prior authorization requests.


  • Holder of active PHRN license
  • Prior BPO experience an advantage but not required
  • Both PHRN Freshers and Experienced are welcome to apply
  • Amenable for night shift schedule (9pm to 6pm)
  • Should be willing to commit for long term employment (Ex. Has no plans to take NCLEX and has no pending application abroad)
