We are seeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional User End Support to our customers. In this role, you will utilize live sharing to guide customers through our application, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Job Description

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Preferably handled end user support system.
  • At least SHS/High School Grad (old curriculum).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering a stand-out customer experience. 
  • Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolutions tasks. 
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Willing to work ONSITE in our Bacolod site.
     


Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via live sharing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our application
  • Explain technical concepts and procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Document customer interactions and support cases
  • Identify and relate to various customer needs and scenarios
  • Provide customer resolution/consultation with cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
  • Remain updated in client and industry-led processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
