Job Description

Job Summary:
The Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and tax compliance to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in strategic decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and maintaining the company’s fiscal health.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial statements, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting to support business operations.
Ensure BIR compliance, tax filings, and financial audits are completed accurately and on time.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for executive decision-making.
Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA preferred but not required.
Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
